The second form trades Hardened Scales for Weakened Scales, debuff transfer, and Tyrant's Hunger.

When Fafnir receives [Freeze] decrease the stack count by 50% of the current stack count. Fafnir is also immune to all other forms of [Disable]. When Fafnir is not under [Hardened Scale], he will inflict 50% reduced damage until the start of his turn. At the end of Fafnir's turn, if he is not under [Hardened Scale], restore half of the stacks of [Hardened Scale] on Fafnir otherwise restore all stacks of [Hardened Scale] on Fafnir.
Before attacking, Fafnir has a 50% chance to place [Vulnerable III] on the target for 2 turns. Fafnir inflicts 50% increased damage to enemies under [Blaze].
